At Huboffam, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not be damaged by misuse

Affiliate Products

Some products on our website are sold through affiliate partners or third-party retailers.

Affiliate purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds through Huboffam. Any return, refund, exchange, warranty, or shipping issue must be handled directly with the retailer or seller where the order was placed, according to their own policies.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Affiliate products purchased through third-party retailers
  • Opened hygiene and personal care products
  • Used baby products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item. We'll do our best to assist you.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sold directly by Huboffam, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
